The library may have been built at the corner of Wood and Addison Streets. This is where Lions Park is now. In this drawing, the alley lies to the east and Addison Street is on the left side.

Instead of at Lions Park, our current library was built at Varble Park. 
Some called it Deer Park. It was built with 19,000 square feet. 
We now have 27,000  square feet with the Lifelong Learning Center addition in 1999.
