Join us every Tuesday for LEGO building fun! We’ll provide our extensive collection of bricks and elements, while you provide the imagination! Come up with your own building ideas or use our weekly theme to inspire you. After you are done building, we’ll feature some of the awesome LEGO creations on our Instagram page! No registration is required to attend, but space is limited.

June 6 – July 25
AGES: 2 to 12 years old
Kids 2 years old and up are invited to join us every Wednesday morning for Art Club. Each week we will provide a different project for you to complete as well as a variety of supplies for you to create your own masterpiece. We will use washable supplies, but there is always a chance for a little mess when creating art. You may want to wear something that is okay to get slightly messy. No registration is required to attend, but space is limited.
Fridays at 10:30 a.m. at Sunset Park
July 6—August 17
Children of all ages are invited to join us on Fridays at 10:30 a.m. for Park Play, the Library’s outdoor playgroup. Each week the Library will be at Sunset Park for an hour of outdoor play. Socialize with other parents and caregivers while your child enjoys sunshine, fresh air, as well as active, manipulative, and sensory play. NOTE: Park Play will be relocated to the Library’s meeting room in inclement weather.
Reading is Out of This World!
Readers of all ages are invited to join the Library’s annual summer reading program! Registration for Summer Reading begins on Saturday, June 9 at our Summer Reading Kick Off event!
Once readers are signed up, they will receive a reading log and a “Reading is Out of This World” sticker! Complete the log to earn a prize and a chance in the grand prize drawing! The last day to turn in your summer reading log is July 31.

Toddler Tales is our introduction to early learning! Join Miss Kyrie as she shares her favorite books, rhymes, and movement activities. Registration is not required to attend, but space is limited. Stop by the Youth Desk the day of the class to reserve your spot. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Take a trip back in time at our Korthauer Open House! Every second Sunday of the month the Korthauer Log House is open from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. for exploration. Join local historian Janis Arquette on the following Sundays:

Children can join Miss Kyrie for an hour of painting, drawing, and creating! We provide the supplies and you bring the imagination. Participants are encouraged to wear clothing they won’t mind getting messy. Registration is not required to attend, but space is limited. Spots are available on a rotating basis. Stop by the Youth Desk the day of the class for more information.
Calling all LEGO builders! Join us the second Tuesday of every month for LEGO Night at theLibrary. Meet other LEGO fans as you compete in our LEGO building challenge. LEGO Night will be held at 6:30 p.m. on the following evenings:

May 8 | Dragons Challenge
All LEGO Nights are drop-in events and registration is not required to attend. Space is limited, and builders will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Children can join us from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. for Play to Learn. Every week we will highlight a different play theme and will focus on a different area of play while improving your child’s physical, language, and social development. After all, play is the work of childhood! Registration is not required to attend this class.

Join Miss Diane to share fun stories, songs, and activities for children with a little longer attention span on the verge of entering school. We also love home schoolers! Registration is not required to attend, but space is limited. Stop by the Youth Desk the day of the class to reserve your spot. Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
