Tuesday, October 15 at 6:30 p.m.
AGES: 3 years old and up, adults welcome

Bring the entire family out for an evening celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month! Papel picado is the Mexican art of making flags out of colorful paper, a popular Mexican celebration of the Day of the Dead, or Día de los Muertos. We’ll be creating papel picado art for children and adults of all ages. We’ll also take a look at the various types of flags and symbols in Latin culture. Space is limited, and artists will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
