Throughout the nation, meditation has become a positive force for health and wellbeing. Join Renate Lanotte, MS LCSW long time meditator for this lively and engaging workshop. There will even be a chance to practice this technique.

 

Meditation: Escaping the Frantic World We Live In
Thursday, May 30 at 7:00 p.m.

Where can we find peace in our world? Through meditation you can experience calm and bliss, which frees us from stress, as well as pain and suffering. Join long time meditator Zelma Chamberlain, M. Ed for this powerful workshop. There will be a short meditation sitting to give participants a chance to practice the technique of meditation.
