Celebrate books, reading, and art with the library! We’re inviting kids, tweens, teens, and adults to take part in our bookmark contest. Participants will compete in different age groups for a chance to have their bookmark design printed and featured at the library. One winner will be chosen from each age group. Winners will receive 20 bookmarks of their design and a $25 gift card.
Grade groups are as follows:
- K-2
- 3-5
- 6-8
- 9-12
- Adults
The theme for this year’s contest is “Something That Brings You Joy“, so be sure to reflect that in your design!
To enter, click here to download the entry form or visit the library to pick one up. When you’re ready to submit your design, bring it back to the Youth Services desk, or upload and submit your digital file in the form below.
You can use any medium you prefer for your bookmark design. Designing with a digital tablet or drawing program? Make sure your canvas size is 2.5 inches wide by 7 inches high—that’s the size of the bookmark on the entry sheet.
Please avoid using cartoon characters, AI ( artificial intelligence), or copyrighted images.
Most importantly, have fun and get creative!
